An Apple design veteran who worked on the iPod, iPhone, Apple Watch, and Vision Pro left the company and decided the world needed a better golf cart. The Amble One is what happened when that idea met proper engineering, and it is far more interesting than that description makes it sound. The One is a street legal, doorless, open air electric buggy designed for short range driving in coastal towns, resort communities, private estates, and neighborhoods. No doors, no unnecessary screens, no separation between you and wherever you are driving through. Julian Hoenig, the Apple alumnus behind the design, drew inspiration from retro vehicles and NASA's 1971 lunar rover. The result looks like something a five star resort would leave outside your villa, which is exactly where most of these will end up first. Amble's 2027 delivery slots are already fully reserved by hospitality customers, with average orders of around 40 vehicles at roughly $1 million per order. The powertrain is a 48 volt, 15 kW electric motor driving the rear axle. Top speed is 65 km/h. Range is over 100 km on a 12 kWh lithium ion battery. Zero to 30 km/h in under 2.5 seconds. It recharges in 5.5 hours from a 220/230 volt outlet. These are not car numbers and they are not meant to be. The One is classified as an L7e quadricycle in the EU, keeping it under 450 kg and 15 kW to stay within the lighter regulatory category. The chassis is aluminum with a recycled polymer body, waterproof soft top in marine grade canvas, and organic cork accents on the steering wheel and interior surfaces. Materials were chosen for sun, wind, and rain resistance, designed to weather well rather than wear out. Independent suspension is tuned for steep tracks, loose ground, and uneven surfaces, handling 25% grades. The dashboard bar matches motorcycle handlebar diameter so any bike accessory mounts directly.Seating is for four with supportive seats and headrests. The rear seats recline flat to create a load bed. A modular accessory system uses hand screw in mounting points across the frame for baskets, straps, mirrors, storage boxes, and rear cargo attachments. No tools required. Add or remove in seconds depending on the day.The cockpit runs a clean digital display with physical controls where they matter. No touchscreen interfaces, no infotainment complexity. The founding team came from Apple, Audi, Cowboy, and forpeople, which explains both the design restraint and the material quality.
Individual customer orders are open now for Europe and the United States with deliveries starting in 2028. $25,000 before local taxes. A follow up vehicle with removable doors and a hardtop roof is already in development for urban use.

The electric toothbrush market has been stuck in the same format for years. A handle, a small round or sonic head, two minutes of manual guidance around your mouth. The Feno Smartbrush abandons that approach entirely. A full mouth mouthpiece with 18,000 oscillating bristles cleans all tooth surfaces simultaneously in 20 seconds. You bite down, it runs, and you are done. The TrueFit mouthpiece is the core of the system. It adapts to your dental arch and guides the bristles across every surface at once rather than relying on you to move the brush to each section individually. A detachable design makes it easy to clean and replace over time. Whether the 20 second claim holds up as well as a thorough two minute manual brushing is the question every potential buyer will ask, and Feno addresses it through the companion app rather than just making the claim and moving on.A built in scanner captures images of teeth, gums, tongue, and soft tissue during use. The Feno Plus app runs AI analysis on those images to surface brushing performance insights, highlight areas that may need extra attention, and track trends over time. It does not diagnose or treat conditions, but it gives you a visual record of your oral health that most people have never had outside of a dentist visit. The 12 month Feno Plus membership included with the Founders Edition Plus bundle covers personalized feedback, wellness tracking, and optional coaching.Feno Foam is a fluoride free foam toothpaste designed to work with the mouthpiece's oscillating motion rather than against it. Magnetic wireless charging via the Snap Charger delivers a month of brushing per charge. The Founders Edition Plus bundle includes the Smartbrush with charger, a personalized Fit Mouthpiece, one tube of Feno Foam, a tongue scraper, and the 12 month membership. All products are HSA and FSA eligible. It is either the future of how people brush their teeth or an overengineered solution to a problem most people solve fine with a Sonicare. The oral scanning and AI tracking tip it toward the former. The data alone could pay for itself if it catches something early that you would have otherwise missed until your next dental appointment.Grab it directly from Feno, or from Amazon

Yeti has spent two decades building coolers that can survive a grizzly. The Roadie 8 is the first time they have asked what happens when you scale all of that toughness down to something designed for a golf cart, a job site, or the space behind your driver seat. It is the smallest and most affordable hard cooler Yeti has ever made, and the engineering is not a simplified version of the bigger models. It is a different answer to a different question. The SmallHaul handle is the most immediate change from the rest of the Roadie family. A solid hard sided grip replaces the straps found on the Roadie 15 and 24. No decisions, no adjustments, just grab it with one hand and go. The handle removes with an Allen key if you prefer to install the DoubleDuty shoulder strap sold separately. AnchorPoint tie down slots on both ends of the handle let you strap the cooler down to a golf cart, ATV, kayak, or truck bed.The single QuickLatch is the feature no other Yeti hard cooler offers. One latch, one hand, instant access. Every other hard cooler in the Yeti catalog uses two latches. On something this size, where you are reaching for a drink between holes or on a break, the speed and simplicity of one handed opening makes a noticeable difference in how often you actually use it.Inside, the capacity handles 12 cans or 9 pounds of ice. PermaFrost pressure injected polyurethane insulation is the same technology used across the full Roadie series. A ColdLock gasket and Interlock lid create a form fitting seal against heat. The NeverFail two pin hinge handles repeated opening without loosening over time. No drain plug at this size, but tipping out meltwater takes two seconds and is a non issue for a single day cooler.RockSolid construction makes it virtually indestructible and tough enough to sit on when you need a seat. BearFoot non slip feet keep it planted on smooth surfaces. 7.9 pounds empty. 17.8 inches wide, 10 inches deep, 10.7 inches tall. Five year warranty.$165 in multiple colorways. The Roadie 8 is not trying to replace the coolers that handle your camping trip or your tailgate. It is the one you actually reach for every day.

Bellroy built its reputation on slim wallets and refined city bags. The Venture Hauler Pack is a deliberate step into rugged territory, and it works because they didn't try to make a traditional duffel prettier. They solved the actual problem: duffels carry a lot but are terrible on your back, and backpacks are comfortable but can't swallow bulky gear. The Hauler does both.57 liters in an unstructured main compartment that opens via a three sided clamshell, laying completely flat on the front panel for packing. That is enough space for oddly shaped gear, boots, ropes, or a month of clothes. The exterior is coated Baida ripstop, built for abrasion resistance and hard use rather than looking good in an Instagram flat lay. External compression straps cinch the load down for stability, and heavy duty grab handles on multiple sides make it easy to haul out of truck beds and off luggage carousels. The carry system is where Bellroy's design intelligence shows. A low mounted harness anchors the padded shoulder straps lower on the chassis than a typical backpack, shifting the load closer to your center of gravity. The result is a bag that rides balanced and upright even when fully loaded with heavy equipment. When you need to check it or throw it in a hold, the straps tuck away completely out of sight. A removable sternum strap and a horizontal luggage pass through that doubles as a grab handle add versatility for transit situations.Inside, the main compartment is lined with wipeable fabric. Muddy boots, wet swimwear, and snow covered gear won't destroy the interior. A seam sealed zip pocket at the top isolates damp items from clean ones. A hidden zip pocket under the grab handle includes a built in key clip. Lockable YKK main zippers and a hidden Apple AirTag slip pocket handle security.
700 x 330 x 250mm. 1.5 kg. That weight is impressive for a bag this size and this tough. It is light enough to carry empty without noticing and structured enough to handle serious loads without collapsing.

The most affordable truck in America is electric, starts at $24,950, and strips away everything you don't need so you can add back only what you do. The Slate Truck is backed by Amazon, built in Indiana, and has over 180,000 reservations from people who decided that a bare bones, customizable electric vehicle was exactly what the market has been missing. At roughly 14.5 feet long, the Slate is six inches shorter than a Honda Civic hatchback and over two feet shorter than a Ford Maverick. Two doors, rear wheel drive, and a bed just under five feet. It is small by pickup standards and compact by any standard. The proportions make it look like something from a different era of vehicle design, closer to a work tool than a lifestyle statement. That is entirely intentional. The powertrain produces 201 horsepower from an electric motor driving the rear wheels, with a 65 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery delivering a manufacturer estimated 205 miles of range. That figure is up 37% from the 150 miles announced during the prototype reveal in April 2025 and puts it in the same territory as vehicles costing significantly more. A NACS port means you can charge at Tesla Supercharger stations. DC fast charging takes the battery from 20 to 80% in 30 minutes. Level 2 charging handles 20 to 100% in four hours. Even a standard household outlet recharges it in under a day.Towing capacity is 2,000 pounds with a payload of 1,550 pounds. Zero to 60 takes an estimated eight seconds. These are not performance numbers. They are practical numbers for a truck built to work rather than impress. The customization model is where Slate diverges from everything else on the market. The truck ships with air conditioning, windows, seats, and a powertrain. Nearly everything else is optional through the Slate Marketplace, which will launch with over 200 accessories. More than 80% of those items are priced under $500. Seat covers, roof racks, a stereo system, and full vehicle wraps in over 100 colors are all available. The only factory color is slate. Everything beyond that is your choice. The SUV versions start at $29,950 and add a second row of seats for five passenger capacity. The Fastback gets a sloping rear roofline. The Squareback keeps things upright and boxy with up to 34 cubic feet of cargo behind the rear seats plus 7 cubic feet in the frunk.Slate is handling service through RepairPal's network of independent shops plus 100 locations equipped for high voltage EV repairs. The company also expects owners to perform many repairs themselves and will provide instructions for doing so. That DIY approach will appeal to some buyers and concern others, but it is consistent with the philosophy of the entire vehicle.
Preorders are open now with a $300 deposit and first deliveries expected by the end of 2026.

The brow bar aviator is one of the most enduring silhouettes in eyewear. It has been copied, cheapened, and mass produced by every brand with a sunglass line. The Vallon Elmore takes the shape back to something worth wearing by building it properly and adding functional details that most aviator style frames never consider. The frame is full acetate rather than the thin metal construction that defines most brow bar designs. That gives it more visual weight and durability without losing the clean lines the silhouette is known for. The temples feature adjustable ends with an integrated metal core that can be shaped inward for a tighter hold or outward to relieve pressure. It is a small detail that turns a standard fit into a personalized one without visiting an optician. The lenses are Vallon's V52 polarized optics, constructed from lightweight nylon polyamide with an ABBE value of 52 for outstanding optical clarity. Full UV400 protection, effective glare reduction, and color filtration that keeps the world looking natural rather than artificially tinted. These are performance lenses in a frame that doesn't look like performance eyewear, which is the whole point. The detachable sports headstrap is what moves the Elmore from a lifestyle accessory into something genuinely versatile. Clip it on for hiking, sailing, biking, or any activity where you need your sunglasses to stay put through movement and sweat. Remove it and the Elmore looks like a clean, classic aviator for everything else. Most sunglasses force you to choose between looking good and staying secure. The Elmore lets you do both depending on the day.
Designed for Men (Elmore) and Women (Ella). A brow bar aviator that finally delivers on both the style and the function that the silhouette has always promised but rarely provided.

Most performance running collaborations change the colors and call it done. The fourth installment of On's partnership with POST ARCHIVE FACTION does something more uncomfortable and more interesting. It takes a legitimate carbon plated race shoe and wraps it in a construction language borrowed from fashion rather than athletics. The result is a shoe that performs like a Cloudboom Volt and looks like nothing else in the category. The upper is the statement. Intricate overlays sit across a layered construction combining breathable mesh and woven fabric in a pattern that PAF describes as mirroring a moth breaking through its cocoon. The metamorphosis concept runs through the entire Current Form 4.0 collection, framing running as a transformative act rather than a fitness routine. Whether that narrative resonates with you or not, the overlay geometry gives the shoe a sculptural, almost architectural quality that reads closer to PAF's ready to wear work than anything you would normally see on a starting line.Underneath, the performance spec is serious. A double layer of Helion HF hyper foam handles energy return and impact absorption. A carbon Speedboard flexes through the stride cycle to propel you forward, the same plate technology On uses across its competition range. CloudTec in the outsole is tuned for smooth heel to forefoot transitions, and a rubber outsole delivers grip and control through corners on road courses. The shoe is built for 10K to half marathon distances where speed and responsiveness matter more than maximum cushion. The part woven, part mesh material selection addresses breathability without abandoning the structured overlay effect. That construction balance requires more precise pattern engineering than a standard single material mesh build, which is where the collaboration adds genuine technical complexity rather than just visual interest. An integrated wrap construction secures the fit to prevent slipping during high output efforts. Two colorways keep things restrained. White and Gale stays pale and clean. Ember and Pebble works in warmer, earthy tones. Both sit within the muted natural palette that reinforces the organic reference points without resorting to the high contrast colorblocking that dominates most performance releases. The accompanying apparel lineup includes the Zero Jacket, Zero Singlet, Zero 2 in 1 Shorts, Running T, Run Belt, Zero Cap, and Run Socks. All built around running functionality and reimagined through PAF's design perspective. Limited edition across the board.

We covered Halfbike when it was still on Kickstarter. That was ten years ago. Since then, the company has shipped over 35,000 units worldwide, won a Red Dot Design Award, and built one of the more distinctive rider communities in outdoor sport. The Halfbike Pro is the most significant update they have ever made, and it changes how the thing rides without changing what it fundamentally is.For anyone unfamiliar, a Halfbike is a standing bike. No seat. You ride upright, steer by leaning your body weight into turns, and use your legs, core, arms, balance, and reflexes together in a movement that feels part cycling, part running, part skiing, and entirely its own thing. It demands enough attention to quiet mental noise and bring you into a state of flow, which is why the people who ride them tend to stay with them. The Pro redesigns the geometry from the ground up. A larger 20 inch front wheel replaces the smaller wheel on the standard model, delivering improved stability, a smoother feel over rough surfaces, and lower rolling resistance. A new V shaped handlebar improves ergonomics and gives sharper, more intuitive control. The wheelbase is longer and frame stiffness has been increased, which together make the ride more confident at speed and more natural over longer distances. The riding position is more upright than before, which matters when you are standing for the entire ride. The frame is aerospace grade aluminum, refined throughout for a more direct connection with the road. Components are engineered locally in Sofia with selected premium parts from Sturmey Archer, Look, Herrmans, and Lasco. Every unit is handmade in Halfbike's own workshop in Bulgaria. It folds flat for storage and transit, light enough for public transport and compact enough to fit in a car boot. The Pro sits above the standard Halfbike as the premium performance model. The two will be sold side by side rather than one replacing the other. Two colorways are available: Aura and Stealth.Early units were shipped to selected riders across different countries for real world beta testing before launch. Feedback highlighted improved stability, smoother ride quality, and more confident control as the standout differences over the standard model. The annual Halfbike meetup has grown from 30 riders in Valencia in 2025 to over 100 in Berlin in 2026, with a larger international gathering planned for Lake Garda next year.Available now at halfbikes.com with worldwide shipping. 3 to 7 business days delivery. $1,299.Browse every bike and cycling pick we have featured on BlessThisStuff

Cars have had predictive safety systems for years. Blind spot monitoring, collision warnings, adaptive cruise control, automatic braking. Cycling has had none of it. The Canyon Predict is an attempt to change that, and the ambition of the concept is worth taking seriously even in prototype form. The system uses a 360 degree sensor array combining cameras, front and rear radar modules, and distributed sensors including a multi dimensional motion sensor in the DT Swiss wheel hub. All of that data feeds into an onboard Edge AI processor that tracks the rider's speed, steering angle, and stability while simultaneously assessing the trajectory of moving objects in the immediate environment. It calculates distance to other vehicles, whether those vehicles are braking, what the road surface conditions are, and where the rider sits relative to other cyclists in a group. The system then assigns risk scores and communicates them through directional lights, haptic feedback in the handlebars, and visual guidance on a display integrated into the bar top.The critical design decision is that everything processes on the bike itself. No cloud computing, no internet dependency, no latency. Edge AI handles the decision making locally, which means real time response and no privacy concerns about broadcasting your location and riding data to external servers. The prototype goes further than just warnings. In critical situations, the rider can remotely drop the seatpost to lower their center of gravity, improve stability, and increase control before a crash happens. That is an intervention borrowed directly from mountain biking and motorsport, applied to road cycling for the first time. Group ride intelligence allows multiple Predict equipped bikes to share situational data as a swarm, giving each rider awareness of threats that other riders in the group have already detected.Canyon is also showing the Stingr Smart helmet alongside the Predict bike at Eurobike. The helmet features a drop down augmented reality visor that displays data from the bike's sensor system directly in the rider's field of vision, removing the need to look down at a handlebar screen during critical moments. The numbers behind the project are sobering. Cyclists now account for 10 percent of all road deaths in the EU. In Germany, cyclist fatalities have increased 20 percent over the past decade while car occupant deaths have fallen 35 percent. Nearly half of UK respondents in the 2023 National Travel Attitudes Study said safety concerns were the main reason they never ride. Canyon is making the argument that the technology to address this already exists and simply has not been applied to bicycles. The Predict is currently a 3D printed carbon fiber prototype debuting at Eurobike in Frankfurt from June 24 to 27. Canyon has not announced production timelines or pricing, but the intent is clear: this is a roadmap for where the brand plans to take road cycling safety, and the technology is closer to production ready than most concept bikes suggest.

Fast external drives are easy to find. Fast external drives that stay fast during a sustained transfer are not. Most portable SSD enclosures hit their advertised speed for the first few gigabytes and then thermal throttle, slowing to a crawl exactly when you need them most. The Satechi DotDisk is built specifically around that problem. The enclosure runs at up to 80Gbps through USB4 V2 and full Thunderbolt 5 support. That is twice the bandwidth of 40Gbps Thunderbolt 4 enclosures and eight times faster than standard 10Gbps USB solutions. Internal testing showed read speeds up to 5,937 MB/s and write speeds up to 6,415 MB/s paired with a Samsung SSD 9100 Pro on a MacBook Pro M4 Pro. Those numbers put it in desktop class territory from something you can slip into a jacket pocket. The active cooling is what separates the DotDisk from the competition. A built in microfan and thermal pad inside the precision milled aluminum housing keep drive temperatures stable during extended transfers, backups, and data intensive workflows. This is not a passive enclosure with ventilation holes hoping airflow does the work. The fan actively prevents throttling so the speed you start a transfer at is the speed you finish at. For video editors moving large ProRes or RAW files, that consistency changes the workflow entirely. The enclosure accepts M.2 2280 NVMe SSDs up to 8TB. Install whatever drive fits your current needs and upgrade later without replacing the enclosure. Compatible with Thunderbolt 5, Thunderbolt 4, and USB4 across Mac and Windows, so it works wherever you work. For speeds over 3,000 MB/s, you need a PCIe 4.0 x4 and NVMe 1.4 or newer drive. The enclosure requires a Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 5, or USB4 40Gbps port minimum. It will not function with standard USB C or USB 3.x connections. The box includes a 30cm Thunderbolt 5 cable, screwdriver, mounting screws, and thermal pad. SSD not included. Available in Silver or Space Black. A subtle LED confirms connection without being distracting. $199.99 with a 2 year limited warranty.Grab it directly from Satechi, or from Amazon

Canned air dusters are wasteful and risk leaving residue on sensitive equipment. Manual air bulbs are exhausting and weak. The Flextail Blast Air replaces both with a rechargeable, card sized air blower that generates enough force to clean camera sensors, blast dust from keyboards, inflate sleeping pads, and start campfires. One tool covering tasks that used to require four different products. The motor runs at 130,000 RPM on a 5 axis CNC brushless design built to aerospace tolerances. That translates to 65 meters per second wind speed across three power modes, enough to rip away stubborn debris rather than gently nudging it around. 200 grams of thrust. Airflow hits 1,200 liters per minute, which inflates a sleeping pad in roughly 10 seconds. Eight minutes at full throttle and the housing stays below body temperature. The wireless charging is the feature that changes how you actually use it. Blast Air is fully Qi compatible and works with over 99 percent of vehicle wireless chargers. Leave it on the charging pad in your car and it stays topped up, ready to grab and use without ever thinking about battery life. Built in magnetic shielding prevents charging systems from misidentifying it as a foreign object. USB C wired charging is available as a backup. Smart battery management stretches runtime to 60 minutes on a single charge across normal use.For camera and lens cleaning, a dedicated Precision Cleaning Kit includes a 200 mesh filter and a custom soft silicone nozzle that intercepts 99.97 percent of micro dust before it reaches the airstream. Safe for outer lens surfaces, barrel crevices, and camera CMOS sensors. No contact, no scratching, no risk of the chemical residue that canned air can leave behind. The body matches the footprint of an iPhone 17 Pro Max at 212 grams. Three nozzle attachments cover precision cleaning, high speed inflation, and high velocity blowing. A custom molded EVA carry case holds everything in place. Travel lock and twist secure nozzle attachment keep it safe in transit.A genuinely useful multi purpose tool that earns a permanent spot in your bag, car, or desk drawer.

An original Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta SWB will cost you somewhere north of ten million dollars if you can find one. GTO Engineering in Reading, England spent four decades restoring and servicing the real thing before deciding to build their own. The Revival series is the result, and this particular car, the 37th SWB recreation out of approximately 60 orders, may be one of the last. GTO Engineering was sold in 2023 and Revival orders were ceased after the sale. The bodywork is hand rolled aluminum in the style of the 1960 Competition Berlinetta SWB, finished in Grigio Ferro with dual Rosso Cordoba Metallizzato dorsal stripes. Every detail follows the original specification: oval brake cooling ducts projecting from the front valance, Marchal headlights, grille mounted fog lamps, teardrop front side markers, a hood scoop, angled vents behind each wheel arch, a faired cabin vent integrated into the rear window, bullet style side mirrors, an external fuel filler cap, and quad SNAP exhaust outlets. Polished Borrani wire wheels with three eared knock offs wear 205/70R15 Avon tires. The 3.5 liter Colombo V12 was built by GTO Engineering with spark plugs on the outer side of each bank, dual distributors, and triple Weber 40 DCL6 carburetors under an isolator tray and dual intake trumpets. Power goes to the rear wheels through a four speed manual transmission with a ribbed center housing. The front suspension is coil sprung double wishbone independent with an anti roll bar. The rear runs a leaf sprung solid axle. Koni telescopic shocks at all four corners. Dunlop four wheel disc brakes with aluminum calipers handle stopping. The cabin is trimmed in Wildman and Bugby Tuscan Cigar Aniline leather across the fixed back bucket seats, door panels, and center tunnel. A wood rimmed steering wheel sits ahead of Veglia instrumentation including an 8,000 rpm tachometer and a 190 mph speedometer. Five center dash gauges monitor oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, fuel level, and time. A leather wrapped roll bar and air conditioning are fitted. The odometer shows 685 miles, all added under current ownership. The chassis tag inside the engine bay is stamped 2515GT, corresponding to a 1961 Ferrari 250 GTE originally delivered to Prince Louis Napoleon that was later parted out. The car comes with construction photos and correspondence, build sheets, a spare set of wire wheels, a GTO Engineering branded car cover, a tool kit, and a collection of Ferrari and SWB related literature. Now offered on dealer consignment in Scottsdale, Arizona with a clean Montana title.

Travel neck pillows have been the same compromised product for decades. Too bulky, too generic, and built as if every neck is the same size and shape. The Cabeau Evolution X is the first one that treats the problem seriously enough to offer three independent adjustment points for height, circumference, and front closure. You fit it to your neck, not the other way around. The circumference adjusts via a strap accessed through a rear zipper, a one time setup that matches the pillow to your frame. Height adjusts by shifting the upper and lower lobes to sit where your neck actually needs support. The front closure fine tunes through a cord and ball lock system for precise tension. Three adjustments that take a minute to set up and change how the pillow performs entirely. It fits neck sizes from 11 to 21 inches.Inside, dual density memory foam provides structured support rather than just softness. Integrated ventilation channels circulate airflow and release heat, addressing the overheating problem that makes most foam travel pillows uncomfortable after the first hour. The pillow is engineered to prevent head tilt beyond 10 degrees in any direction, which protects the cervical spine during sleep rather than letting your head drop to a 45 degree angle and leaving you with neck pain for days. The outer cover is a soft jersey knit that feels closer to a worn in t-shirt than the scratchy synthetics standard in this category. It is removable and machine washable. The pillow compresses into an included travel bag without losing its shape.Designed by Thorben Neu at LA based studio Ritual and winner of a 2026 Red Dot Design Award, the Evolution X stands out in a category that has spent 30 years avoiding meaningful design investment. Cabeau was founded in 2010 by a 6 foot 8 pro basketball player who could not find a neck pillow that fit his frame. That problem first origin shows in a product that treats ergonomic fit as the primary design constraint rather than an afterthought. $50.

The Pacific Diver Chronograph has been one of the most utilitarian watches in the Luminox lineup since it launched in 2022. The latest editions in Forest Green and Graphite Grey shift the inspiration away from the ocean and toward land, drawing from forests and mountainous terrain respectively. The functionality stays identical. The personality changes. The 44mm case is black IP coated 316L stainless steel with a unidirectional CARBONOX bezel for elapsed time tracking. Inside, a Swiss Ronda Z60 quartz movement handles timekeeping and chronograph function. A date window sits at four o'clock. Water resistance reaches 200 meters with a screw down crown and secured case back. Luminox Light Technology on the hands and hour markers provides constant visibility for up to 25 years without external light or battery power. That last detail is the signature Luminox feature and the reason the brand has military and law enforcement contracts. The two editions differ in how color is applied. The Forest Green is more restrained, with green appearing on the rehaut, the sloped ring around the outer edge of the dial, and matched by a green rubber strap. The rest stays black. The Graphite Grey goes further, applying grey to the rehaut, the three chronograph sub dials, and the rubber strap. The mountain inspiration reads clearly through the stone like tones across the dial. The chronograph, dive bezel, and date complication work as well on a trail or a mountainside as they do underwater. Timing a hike segment, tracking elapsed time during a climb, or calculating pace over distance all use the same functions designed for dive operations. A tool watch that crosses terrain categories without needing to change anything about its design. Both editions wear on the larger side at 44mm, which prioritizes field readability over current slim watch trends. The rubber straps keep the weight manageable and comfortable for extended wear. Swiss made, built for hard use, and sleek enough to wear daily without looking like you are about to deploy.

Built on a small peninsula within the La Fe reservoir, 30 kilometers east of Medellin, this house by Obranegra Arquitectos sits in a landscape where fog, intense sunlight, heavy rain, and cold nights can all happen in the same day. The architecture doesn't fight that variability. It was designed around it. The approach sets the tone before you reach the front door. A winding path descends through dense vegetation of rosemary, lavender, pennisetum, vetiver, and ferns. The landscape strategy deliberately delays arrival, revealing the house progressively and turning the walk into a sensory transition from the upper access terrace down to the building below. By the time you see the house, you have already left the outside world behind. The plan is composed of two displaced volumes connected by a transitional space that serves as both threshold and circulation. The social volume is open, continuous, and transparent. Cooking, dining, reading, and music happen in a single flowing space with uninterrupted views across the reservoir. The sleeping volume is more compartmentalized, with two transparent facades. The corridor looks back toward the access garden while the bedrooms face the forest and the water's edge for a more intimate relationship with the immediate landscape. The roof is the defining architectural element. In both volumes, the slope follows the natural gradient of the terrain, directing rainwater toward the reservoir. Wide overhangs protect the interior from sun and rain while framing the surrounding mountains and forest. Beneath them, a series of terraces and corridors create transitional spaces between domestic life and the natural environment. The horizontal lines of the composition deliberately emphasize the verticality of the surrounding trees, allowing the architecture to sit within the forest rather than compete with it. Materials are left honest. Exposed concrete, metal, and pine wood are used across the roof, floors, and walls. The combination maintains stable interior temperatures, improves acoustics, and creates a warmth that counterbalances the cool, variable climate outside. A band of pine, eucalyptus, and native myrtle trees along the peninsula edge provides natural protection from sun and wind.
The peninsula condition determined both the geometry of the plan and the placement of the house on the site. Rather than imposing a form onto the landscape, Obranegra treated the geography as the primary design constraint and built a house that responds to it precisely. A space for contemplation and pause, built to live in close relationship with a landscape that changes by the hour. Watch the video below

Most automotive books fall into one of two categories. Either they are technical reference manuals with dry specifications and archival photography, or they are glossy image books with no substance behind the pictures. The Car Book Series by teNeues, written by Michael Kockritz of ramp magazine, manages to sit in the space between both. Each volume in the series is an oversized coffee table format covering a single marque through a combination of high gloss photography, exclusive design sketches, technical detail, and editorial storytelling. Kockritz brings a genuine enthusiasm for the subject that shows in the writing. He is a Porsche driver, a ramp magazine founder, and someone who has spent years inside the culture rather than observing it from outside. The Ferrari Book traces the brand from Enzo Ferrari's founding vision in 1947 through the classic race cars to the modern supercars that continue to set performance benchmarks. The Porsche Book covers the full model history including the iconic 911, with interviews from Porsche insiders and a layout that mirrors the avant garde approach of ramp magazine. The Lamborghini Book was released to mark the brand's 60th anniversary and features famous owners including Rod Stewart and Gerhard Berger alongside CEO Stephan Winkelmann, with a comprehensive overview of every production model. The Maserati Book chronicles the evolution from a family business to a luxury industry leader, with photography of legendary models from the 1960s Sebring to Giugiaro's Ghibli. What holds the series together is consistency. Each volume follows the same editorial standard: premium production quality, exclusive access, photography that goes beyond standard press images, and writing that captures the lifestyle and emotion of ownership rather than just listing specifications. These are books built for display as much as for reading, and they deliver on both.

The Logitech Mobi Fold is built around a single idea: a real mouse that fits in your pocket. Folded, it measures 2.5 by 2.2 by 0.8 inches and weighs under 0.2 pounds. Unfolded, it opens to 4.75 inches, roughly the length of a standard desktop mouse. Unfold to power on, fold to power off. No switches, no apps, no setup.Bluetooth connects to up to three devices with an Easy Switch button on the underside to hop between laptop, tablet, and phone. Compatible with Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Android, and iPadOS. The 4,000 DPI optical sensor is fast and accurate on most surfaces, including fabric in a pinch. Battery life runs a full month on a single USB C charge, and a one minute quick charge delivers 22 hours of use, which matters because the mouse cannot be used while charging. The design is ambidextrous with standard left and right buttons. Where Logitech made a polarizing choice is the center control. Instead of a traditional scroll wheel, the Mobi Fold uses an Active Touch Scroll trackpad that handles line by line scrolling, hyperfast navigation, forward and back commands, and tap to zoom. It works well for slow reading and precise navigation. For fast scrolling through long pages, early reviews suggest it feels sluggish compared to a physical wheel. That trade off is the price of the folding format, and whether it bothers you depends on how much you scroll versus how much you value pocketability. The silicone ridged shell that enables the folding mechanism also attracts dust and lint, particularly in lighter colors. Logitech includes a free travel pouch when purchased through their site, which helps. Available in graphite, lilac, off white, and sand. $80.
For anyone who works from cafes, airports, and hotel desks and has been carrying a mouse that takes up more bag space than it should, the Mobi Fold solves a genuine problem. The compromise is a trackpad where a scroll wheel used to be. For most mobile workers, that is a trade worth making.

Audi keeps making wagons when almost nobody else will, and the 2027 A6 Allroad is the strongest argument yet for why they should. Based on the sixth generation A6 that launched in 2026, the new Allroad takes the standard A6 Avant sold in Europe and makes it wider, taller, and significantly more aggressive. It is confirmed for the US market in 2027.The proportions are the story. The Allroad is 4.3 inches wider than the A6 Avant and 3.3 inches wider than the outgoing Allroad, achieved through different sheetmetal rather than just plastic cladding over the wheel arches. Functional vertical air vents sit behind the front wheels to emphasize the width. An Allroad specific grille pattern, reworked front and rear bumpers, serrated rocker panel trim, and black roof rails complete an exterior presence that feels closer to the RS6 Avant than to a standard wagon. The wide body treatment has already sparked speculation that the next RS6 will push these proportions even further.Adaptive air suspension raises ground clearance by 1.3 inches in normal driving modes. Offroad and Offroad Plus add another 0.6 inches on top of that, giving a total adjustment range of 2.2 inches. Wheels are offered in 19, 20, and 21 inch sizes on wider rims than before for a larger tire contact patch. The steering system has been stiffened at every point between the wheel and the tires for more direct feedback, and four wheel steering is available for tighter maneuvering both on road and off. Quattro all wheel drive is standard. The US powertrain is expected to be Audi's turbocharged 3.0 liter V6 producing 362 horsepower and 406 lb ft of torque, paired with a seven speed dual clutch automatic. European models offer a plug in hybrid with a 2.0 liter turbo four making 361 horsepower with around 60 miles of electric range, and a 3.0 liter turbodiesel V6 with 294 horsepower. Neither is expected to reach the US.Inside, the cabin matches the A6 sedan with a freestanding panoramic OLED display combining an 11.9 inch digital gauge cluster, a 14.5 inch central touchscreen, and an optional 10.9 inch passenger display. Sport seats with ventilation and massage are available. Four zone climate control and improved acoustic insulation with optional acoustic glazing on the side glass keep the cabin quiet at speed. The infotainment system includes off road data readouts for pitch and roll angles.Cargo space behind the power operated tailgate is expected to improve slightly over the outgoing model's 30 cubic feet standard and 69.5 cubic feet with the 40/20/40 split folding rear seats down. Rails, anchors, and tensioning straps are available for load management. The wagon market in the US is nearly extinct. Audi bringing the A6 Allroad to America in this form, wider, more capable, and better looking than the model it replaces, is a commitment to a body style that most manufacturers have abandoned entirely.

The original Freehiker put Boost foam from running shoes into a hiking boot and helped launch the gorpcore wave in 2019. Six years and two generations later, Adidas is raiding its running lab again, but this time the technology it borrowed is more ambitious. The Freehiker 3 Ultra GTX replaces Boost with a dual midsole combining Hyperboost Pro and Dreamstrike+ cushioning, the same foam stack found in Adidas road racing shoes. The result is a 43mm heel stack that sits squarely in marathon super shoe territory, yet each shoe weighs just 354 grams. For a GORE-TEX mid with this much cushion underfoot, that weight is genuinely impressive. The ride is designed to feel soft without collapsing laterally, giving you energy return on flat approaches and stability when the terrain breaks up.Waterproofing comes from a full GORE-TEX membrane across the entire range. Adidas has streamlined the lineup by dropping the non-GTX option entirely, which simplifies the choice without removing the feature most hikers actually want. The sock fit collar wraps the ankle and seals out dust and grit, a detail that matters more on multi day hikes than it does on a morning walk. Speed lacing cinches everything down in one pull and is exclusive to the Ultra, the top tier model in the new three shoe Freehiker 3 family. The Continental rubber outsole returns for grip across wet and dry surfaces. The upper has been reworked to be more flexible than the Freehiker 2 while maintaining the same level of structure and protection. The overall build is lighter and more nimble than its predecessor without sacrificing anything that made the franchise work in the first place. The Freehiker 3 comes in three versions. The Low at $180 for day hikes and travel. The Mid for ankle support and general trail use. And the Ultra at $220 for backpacking and more demanding terrain, with the higher collar, speed lacing, and the most complete feature set in the range. All three share the same Continental outsole and GORE-TEX construction.
Adidas helped popularize the idea that hiking shoes could feel like sneakers. The Freehiker 3 Ultra pushes that further by making them feel like racing shoes that happen to handle dirt.

Most portable speakers do one thing. The Muzen Wild Mini 3.0 does five. It is a Bluetooth speaker, an FM radio, a power bank, a flashlight, and an emergency tool, all inside a full metal zinc alloy body that fits in your palm and looks like it was pulled from a military surplus catalogue. The sound punches above the size. A large diameter driver with a rare earth N40 NdFeB magnet delivers clear highs and resonant bass that fills an outdoor space without distortion. Bluetooth 5.3 connects in under 3 seconds with stable signal up to 33 feet. When Bluetooth isn't an option, the built in FM radio with a high sensitivity tuner and metal antenna picks up local stations for music, news, and weather updates even in remote areas. No signal, no streaming, no problem. The 1900mAh battery runs up to 15 hours of continuous playback at two thirds volume. When your phone dies before the speaker does, reverse charging turns the Wild Mini into an emergency power bank. It is not designed to fully charge a phone, but it keeps you connected when it matters. The built in flashlight runs three modes: strong, weak, and SOS for emergencies after dark.IPX5 waterproofing handles rain, splashes, sweat, and sand. The full metal unibody construction is drop resistant and built for environments that would crack a plastic speaker on day one. Textured knobs provide precise volume and tuning control even with wet or gloved hands.A speaker that handles a hiking trip, a workshop session, a beach day, and a power outage without needing anything else. That kind of versatility in something this small is hard to find.

The car coat has always been one of the most useful outerwear silhouettes for city life. Long enough to cover a blazer, short enough to move freely, structured enough to look intentional over almost anything. The Scandinavian Edition Key II takes that foundation and builds it with technical materials that most car coats never bother with. The fabric is 100 percent wind and waterproof with fully seam sealed construction throughout. That puts it in the same weather protection category as a hardshell outdoor jacket, but the cut and tailoring keep it firmly in formal everyday territory. No pit zips, no drawcords, no storm flaps. Just a clean, structured silhouette that handles rain and wind without announcing itself as technical outerwear. The build is uninsulated and lightweight, which is a deliberate choice rather than a compromise. It layers cleanly over a suit jacket in autumn or a heavyweight knit in winter without adding bulk or breaking the line. Breathable construction keeps it comfortable through a full day of wear across different temperatures and interiors. From early spring through late autumn, the Key II adapts to the season based on what you wear underneath rather than what is built into the coat itself.
Available in several colors. The kind of coat that works every day without requiring a decision about whether the weather justifies wearing it.

PVS proved what was possible with the 70 Series when they built the LC76 Urnieta Ultimate Wagon. The LC70 Urnieta Pickup takes that same philosophy and applies it to the platform that arguably needed it more. The 70 Series pickup is the workhorse of the LandCruiser lineup, built for farms, mines, and remote stations. PVS treats it like something worth finishing properly. The exterior runs the full Urnieta catalogue, engineered for the entire 70 Series range covering the LC79, LC76, LC78, and LC71 with bolt on fitment and zero compromise on build quality. Every weld and every bracket is designed to take a beating on tracks that break lesser equipment. The front bumper, side steps, roof platform, forged wheels, and tray accessories bring the same cohesive design language that made the LC76 wagon build read as a single idea rather than a parts catalogue. That cross platform compatibility is significant. Whether you run a dual cab 79, a wagon 76, a troopy 78, or a short wheelbase 71, the Urnieta kit fits without modification. XPEL self healing PPF wraps the exterior, protecting the finish from day one across every panel.Inside, PVS applies the same bespoke interior treatment that defined the wagon build. Japanese spec Recaro Cross Sportster GK100 seats trimmed in Alcantara 9055 replace the factory items. The dash, roof lining, and door cards are retrimmed in matching Alcantara with orange stitching and carbon details throughout. A custom carbon steering wheel, carbon air vent rings, and navy plush pile carpet transform the cab from utilitarian to something closer to a coach built special. The PVS 9 inch MK4 headunit handles infotainment and navigation. The Urnieta roof rack deserves attention on its own. Built from high strength stainless steel and aluminum magnesium alloy, it is overbuilt by design. It mounts to the cab and carries whatever you need across terrain that tests every fastener. It looks as good in the studio as it performs on the trail, which is the entire PVS approach in a single component.PVS Automotive has operated out of Sydney since 2008, evolving from auto electrical work into Australia's premium LandCruiser specialist. They serve dealerships and manufacturers as much as individual owners, and that background shows in the build quality. The LC70 Urnieta Pickup is the next chapter in a bespoke program that continues to prove the 70 Series platform has no ceiling when the right people work on it.

Danner has been making boots in Portland since 1932. The N45 Mid GTX is the kind of product that shows what happens when a heritage boot maker applies that experience to a modern lightweight hiker. It looks like a trail runner, protects like a boot, and can be rebuilt when the outsole wears through. The waterproofing comes from GORE-TEX Invisible Fit construction, which bonds the membrane directly to the upper material rather than using a separate bootie liner. The result is a lighter, more breathable build that fits closer to the foot and feels more like a sneaker than a traditional waterproof boot. The upper itself is a lightweight abrasion resistant nylon and polyester mesh with a PU coated leather rand at the base for durability where the boot meets rocks and roots. Underfoot, the EnduroFoam midsole is a nitrogen infused supercritical foam that absorbs impact and returns energy with each step. It is built to reduce fatigue over long distances rather than just cushion the first few miles. A TPU rock plate sits between the midsole and outsole, adding stability and protection on uneven terrain especially under a heavy pack. The exclusive Vibram N45 outsole uses Megagrip compound with Traction Lug technology for grip across wet and dry surfaces. Fit is based on Danner's DT6 last, inspired by trail running with an 8mm heel to toe offset and a slightly wider forefoot for stability. A foam core fabric tongue and gusset hug the instep to prevent hot spots. Open cell ankle padding stays breathable over long days. An OrthoLite open cell footbed adds cushioning and moisture control. The recraftable outsole is the detail that separates the N45 from most lightweight hikers. When the Vibram rubber wears down, Danner rebuilds it rather than sending the whole boot to landfill. Eligible for boot stretch, basic, and resole packages. Covered by a 365 day warranty.

The GA 2100 earned the nickname CasiOak for an octagonal bezel that shares its design language with the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak. The GA2100K series takes that platform and gives it a nightlife treatment, with each colorway designed to capture the feel of laser strobes, fog machines, and late night energy on a dance floor.Every model in the series combines translucent matte cases and bands with glossy piano black dials and neon accents in different colors. The smooth dial finish adds depth to the black, while the translucent materials give the bezels and straps a hazy, atmospheric texture. The varying tones and finishes across the lineup let each piece evoke a different shade of the same late night mood. The foundation stays the same across the range. Carbon Core Guard construction keeps every model at 51 grams while maintaining 200 meters of water resistance. The analog digital display runs dual Super Illuminator LEDs, world time across 31 time zones, a 1/100 second stopwatch, five daily alarms, and a hand shift function that clears the analog hands for an unobstructed view of the digital readout.
Still a G Shock. Still built to take a beating. Just designed to look like it belongs somewhere louder.

Hidden behind a private gated entrance in Joshua Tree, Sandora Domes is the kind of property that makes you question why anyone builds with straight lines in the desert. Sculptural earth built domes, curved plaster walls, custom tilework, and handcrafted stone details sit across nearly two acres of high desert ground, five minutes from downtown Joshua Tree and ten minutes from the National Park entrance.
The main residence holds two suites. The Sunrise Suite and Sunset Suite each get a king bed, lounge nook, sleeping nook for an additional guest, and an ensuite bathroom with custom hand cut tilework. The interiors carry the same organic material language as the exterior, with curved walls and warm finishes that feel crafted rather than constructed.

Check out other Joshua Tree retreats we have featured
The outdoor spaces are where Sandora earns its reputation. A custom pool and spa anchor the center of the property, flanked by a built in outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, an outdoor bar, and a sunken fire pit lounge designed for the kind of stargazing that only the high desert delivers. An ocotillo shaded dining pavilion seats long dinners under open sky. A handcrafted stone outdoor shower sits poolside. The wellness program is built into the architecture itself. A dedicated meditation dome provides a quiet sanctuary separate from the living spaces. A Hammam inspired bath house features custom tilework, indoor and outdoor soaking tubs, and showers that blur the line between interior and landscape. A tea dome offers a quiet retreat for slower moments. A private yoga deck handles morning practice. These are not afterthoughts added to a rental property. They are designed spaces that define what the stay actually is. Additional domes include a dedicated dining space for six guests, bringing the total built environment to a collection of distinct structures scattered across the site rather than one building trying to do everything. Starlink internet, parking for six vehicles, and pet friendly access keep the practical side covered.
Formerly known as Bonita Domes and featured by Dwell, Business Insider, and Palm Springs Life, the property has been thoughtfully transformed into something that sits between architectural landmark, boutique resort, and private sanctuary. Pioneertown and Pappy and Harriets are 20 minutes away. Palm Springs is under an hour.
