Let My People Go Surfing

Yvon Chouinard is responsible for starting one of the most successful and well-regarded outdoor clothing brands in existence - Patagonia. He also made the headlines last week for giving away the company (valued at about $3 billion) to a nonprofit organization used to combat climate change and protect undeveloped land around the globe. In this newly revised 10th anniversary edition, Yvon Chouinard (legendary climber, businessman, environmentalist, and founder of Patagonia) recalls that he never set out to be a businessperson, and he shares the history of his life, early days of Patagonia, and coming to terms with his "profession" as a person in business.
